Arts Coordinator - Permanent Part-Time (Term time only)
Christchurch Girls’ High School | Te Kura o Hine Waiora is a leading state day and boarding school for Years 9-13 students, located in the heart of Christchurch City by Hagley Park.
We are looking for a reliable, professional and friendly Arts Coordinator to work 7.5 hours per week in our Arts Learning Area assisting the Music, Drama and Visual Arts Department Heads (2.5 hours per department).
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support across the Arts Learning Area. Key responsibilities include word processing, data entry, and distributing information as required. The position also involves preparing and collating materials, photocopying, filing, organising resources, maintaining tidy workspaces, and undertaking general duties to support the effective operation of the Arts Learning Area.
This is a permanent part-time role, working during school hours, term time only. Specific days and hours will be negotiated.
