Christchurch Girls’ High School | Te Kura o Hine Waiora is
a leading state day and boarding school for Years 9-13 students, located in the
heart of Christchurch City by Hagley Park.
We have an exciting opportunity to join Christchurch Girls’
High School | Te Kura o Hine Waiora as Caretaker at our boarding
hostel, Acland House.
The Caretaker performs a key role in proactively managing
the safety, presentation, maintenance and general condition of the buildings,
facilities, grounds, garden and environment at Acland House.
The ideal candidate will be a trusted, reliable and and
self-motivated individual who has the skills and attributes to play an integral
role in ensuring Acland House property, equipment and grounds are maintained to
the highest standard.
This is a permanent position of 20 hours per week, term time
only. The Caretaker needs to be flexible and responsive to the needs of the
boarding house, and at times the Caretaker will need to respond to out of hours
issues, as required.
